Similar product names can refer to different pack sizes or formulations. A few checks help you select the listing you intended to order.
Start with the full product name
Read the title rather than relying only on the photograph. A word such as Plus or Ultra can distinguish a separate formulation. For example, Hydrating Serum and Ultra Hydrating Serum are different products; check the skin type stated on each listing.
Check the quantity and unit
Look for the number of tablets, capsules or sachets, or the volume in ml or litres. A larger pack has a different total price. Compare like-for-like products and do not assume two similar-looking containers hold the same amount.
Review the details and label
Read the description, directions and available product information before adding an item to your basket. The packaging supplied with the product remains the reference for its ingredients, warnings and directions. Contact us if a detail you need is missing; we can help identify the pack rather than guess from an image.
Make a final basket check
Before paying, check each product name, quantity and price in your cart. Confirm the delivery address and keep your order reference. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly so we can check whether a change is still possible.
