Products and prices
Prices are shown in Kenya shillings (KES). Review the product name, pack size, availability and final checkout total before placing an order. Product availability may change. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about the available options. Product packaging may vary; read the supplied label and directions.
Ordering and payment
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. M-PESA is the payment method offered at checkout. Follow the instructions displayed for your order and keep your reference. An order acknowledgement is not proof that payment has been verified. Never disclose your PIN or password to us.
Delivery and returns
We deliver within Kenya only. Delivery is free for discounted product totals above KES 50,000; otherwise the delivery charge is KES 550. The shipping policy explains the threshold and delivery arrangements. For cancellations, damaged items and refunds, read the returns policy.
