Delivery is available within Kenya only. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery when the product total after discounts is above KES 50,000.
- KES 550 delivery when that total is KES 50,000 or less.
The threshold is based on products after any applied discounts, excluding delivery charges. The available delivery method and final order total are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery arrangements
Enter a complete Kenya delivery address, county and a working telephone number. Delivery timing depends on your location, product availability and payment confirmation. Contact us for an estimate before ordering if your delivery is time-sensitive. An estimated arrival time is not a guaranteed same-day service.
After ordering, keep your order number and payment reference. For a delivery update or an address correction, call 0703 878 170 or use Contact us. Tell us about an incorrect address as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Problems with a delivery
Check your delivery when it arrives. If a product is damaged, missing or incorrect, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs. See our refund and returns policy.
