Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Find a product in the shop, check its size and stock status, and select Add to cart. Review your basket, then enter your Kenya delivery details at checkout. Guest checkout is available; you do not need to create an account.
How do I pay?
Choose M-PESA and follow the payment instructions shown for your order. Keep your payment reference and share confirmation if requested. Payment is verified before fulfilment. We will never ask for your M-PESA PIN.
Can I order an out-of-stock item?
Contact us about availability. An out-of-stock listing is not a promise that the product can be delivered immediately.
Delivery within Kenya
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Kenya only. International delivery is not available.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free when the product total after discounts is above KES 50,000. At KES 50,000 or less, delivery is KES 550. Checkout shows the final total. Read the shipping policy.
When will my order arrive?
Timing depends on your location, availability and payment confirmation. Contact us for an estimate, especially if you need an order by a particular date.
How can I track an order or change my address?
Contact us with your order number. Tell us about address corrections immediately; changes may not be possible once an order is dispatched.
Returns and account help
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Keep the item and packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where useful. Read our refund and returns policy before sending a product back.
How do I access my account?
Use My account. If you have an existing account and cannot sign in, select Lost your password. Contact us if you still need assistance.
