Delivery stays within Kenya
We currently deliver to addresses in Kenya. Enter your county, town, complete address and a working telephone number so that your order can be arranged correctly. International shipping is not available.
Check the total after discounts
Delivery is free when your product total after discounts is above KES 50,000. If the total is KES 50,000 or less, the delivery charge is KES 550. For example, a KES 49,000 product basket attracts the delivery charge, while a KES 51,000 product basket qualifies for free delivery. If a coupon reduces a basket below the threshold, delivery is charged again.
Keep your order reference
At checkout, review the products, pack sizes, address and final total. Follow the M-PESA instructions displayed for the order and keep your reference. An order acknowledgement and a payment confirmation are different: payment must be verified before fulfilment.
